Quilt Rolls
Ten of our facilities across the country produce precision cut rolls of polyurethane foam. Utilizing large loop slitters, we produce rolls with varying thickness, widths and lengths. The combination of thicknesses and length is engineered to provide optimum production output for the customer’s manufacturing needs. Foam rolls can be compressed to reduce freight and storage use, as well as improve material handling.
The bedding industry utilizes foam rolls for quilting with fabric, polyester fiber and other materials.
The automotive industry utilizes foam for lamination to upholstery cloth, fabric and substrates and also for the production of component parts for seating, dash and door assemblies.
Foam rolls can provide production efficiency improvement for the manufacture of apparel and consumer products. Roll fed die cutting and automated layout cutting can benefit from foam rolls as part of the production process.
