Polyester Fiber
Flexible Fiber products are made of 100% polyester fiber a percentage of which is low melt fiber that has a lower melting point than conventional polyester fibers. This fiber acts as the binding or bonding agent.
Flexible Fiber is being made of 100% polyester fiber, has excellent air and fluid permeability which allows it to drain and remain cool and dry. Our fiber also has a excellent resistance to mold, mildew, yellowing and are non-allergenic.
Fiber products are available in thickness from ¾’’- 3’’ and weights from ¾oz-3 ounces per sq ft.
In comparison to Resin-Bonded polyester that usually contains 15 to 20% PVAC resin as the bonding agent, Flexible Fiber is 100% polyester fiber product. More fiber means more body, resilience and longer life.
Distinguishing our process from all other bonding methods, we believe that our process of using heat drawn through the fiber at the point of bonding produces a much more precise and consistent end product in comparison to other products available on the market.
The use of the vacuum takes out the false loft or thickness in our product.
Our products are manufactured in rolled form and are available in various widths’. We also have the capability to pre-cut slabs on the fly thus making our products more effect to the end user.
