Company History

We are a privately owned business founded in 1950 by Charles D. Moeller and Richard Roy Moeller. The Moeller brothers started in the metal plating business and ventured into various fields from polyurethane foam to farming. Today the company is a national enterprise employing over 1,400 employees at more than 20 locations with headquarters in Spencerville, Ohio. The company consists of the Metal Group, Plastics Division (Polyurethane Foam), and Flooring Division. We are a leading manufacturer of die cast metal and of polyurethane foam.
